Grayson is working at ServiceNow on Customer Service Workspace, building an AI-driven platform to better support businesses' customer service workforce. From AI-driven prioritization for front-line agents, cross-channel fluidity for specialists, and empowering admin experiences for adoption.

Previously, Grayson was a Designer at Intuit, working on Virtual Expert Platform to build an AI-driven platform supporting our cross-product expert network and on the launch of Business Tax for TurboTax. Before that, a Designer at Microsoft on multiple products, such as Dynamics 365, Talent, and Power BI, as well as part of the Solutions team at Salesforce, which focused on end-to-end cross-cloud experiences.
