Grayson is working at Intuit on Virtual Expert Platform, building an AI-driven platform to better support our amazing cross product expert network. From tax professionals in TurboTax to Accountant, Bookkeepers and Product experts in QuickBooks.

Previously, Grayson was a Design Manager and Designer for Microsoft on multiple products, such as Dynamics 365, Talent, and Power BI. Before that, he worked at Salesforce as part of the Solutions team, which focused on end-to-end cross-cloud experiences.
